A two-day “Conflict Management” training program was delivered for the team of AR TARIM TOHUMCULUK SAN. TİC. A.Ş. During the training, the fundamental approaches to managing conflicts encountered in business life in a constructive manner were discussed.
Throughout the program, emphasis was placed on techniques for breaking the conflict cycle, reducing tension through effective questioning methods, and strengthening communication skills that support finding common ground. Participants had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge that will enhance internal team communication and foster collaboration.
At the end of the training, significant gains were achieved in terms of improving employees’ communication skills, adopting a more constructive approach during conflicts, and strengthening corporate cooperation.
